The Rhode Island Medical Society Bylaws list four objectives that guide us as we look for ways to serve the physician community in our State.  The first is to promote the art and science of medicine and the improvement of public health.  The second is to advocate for the provision of quality medical care for all patients.  The third is to promote the exchange of information and dialogue among physicians.  The fourth is to enlighten and direct public opinion in regard to the challenges facing medicine.  The Eleventh Hour Education Event combines all of these objectives and provides an opportunity for us to obtain 5 hours of required CME right before our license applications are due.  We thank you for participating in this valuable event.
